Not Just White

One day I heard someone refer to me as, the lady who paints all of the white furniture. It was not an insult to me because as all of you must know by now, I love white. It has an elegance that is timeless. I feel that white is fresh, happy and makes me feel really good.

I have included a photo of some of my work and wanted to show, that I am not just about white. I love color too. I think we all do. I love old and flaky, rusty and worn. There are a lot of looks in this girls portfolio and many more to come.

Come join us in a blog hop today. It will be a lot of fun to see all of the great Blogs out there. Be sure to Review some of these blogs. Let us know what you think about our layout, pictures, sidebars, anything you can suggest would be helpful. Thanks

  3. I have a question. How do you get all the blog hop participants from another site to your site. I've seen this a couple of times today and was just wondering. More exposure for all of us, without having to put it on every site, that's for sure!

  4. Hello my dear!!! Thank you so much for joing the blog hop...it is always a delight to see you around my little corner of blog world. I think the scope of your blog ever so delicately hints at all the magical elements you effortlessly create {white and not so white. :)}

    I think you should showcase some of your favorite pieces in a linked page. This would be a fabulous way for anyone browsing your sweet world to find out how talented and innovative you are. You have so much to offer....I just believe this would allow others to get a glimpse of your work...like a treasure trove. :)

    You have such a simplicity to your blog that the pictures and work really pop.

    Hope to hear from you and see more of you soon. Oh...and I hope that your comments are set with your email. I heart being able to reply to my bloggers, and so many are no-reply. :(

    Let me know if Gail & I can be any help in your virtual playground.

    I hope this is the beginning of more than just a linky...but the continuing blossom of our friendship. :)

    Cheers~

  7. Cindy-I love your layout and the clean look of your blog.
    Your photos are really pretty, and a good size.
    I think you should showcase some of your favorite projects on the sidebar linking them to their post. It will draw your visitors deeper into your blog and entice them to return.
    I recommend that your links open in a new window, keeping your visitors on your page without having to use the back button. I'll email you the how-to's.
    I really think you have a great blog and I love the work you do! Keep it up!

  11. Number 1: I love your header. The photos of all the different clocks really speaks to the topic of your blog. Number 2: The photos in your Etsy reel are very compelling. I want to go over there immediately to check out your shop.
    One thing to think over, your About Me at the top of your page is pretty long. Maybe think on shortening it up to the very essence of yourself and place the rest on an alternate page so that those who want to know more can delve deeper.

  12. I like the layout of your page, the banner is nice. It would be nice if you had some of your favorite project links on the side banner, it would add color and other neat things we can discover as a reader of your blog.
